Santa brought me a new DVD (latest) copy of A Hard Day's Night, I got rid of the bluray one years ago. Amazing things they have done with the sound track. Now some of the dialog and sound effects seems to be in stereo as well.

Over the bogus holiday period we've been dipping in and out of the 18 discs
(cd's dvds blu-rays and 7' singles) of Pink Floyd's The Later Years.....

last night we got around to gathering in the darked room complete with popcorn
for the Restored and Re-mixed Delicate Sound of Thunder dvd.....
tested the outer limits of the aging home theatre system.....very nice.....

Just started watching this for about the 10th time, still never gets old. An unbelievable story about the failure of the American court system.
If you haven't seen these films I highly recommend you watch them.

If that ruined the movie for you, you were so far ahead of the plot while watching it it would have been like you help script it...

it didn't ruin the movie.

the only complaint i heard pre-viewing the movie was that people did not like quentin changing history.
upon seeing the moving, knowing the history, and remembering your comment, i had no problem accurately guessing what would occur.

thank suh laught,
mngmnt/script helper

another american mob history masterpiece by scorsese.
great screenplay. makes me want to read the book. and, great acting, needless to say.

and, the de-aging technology they used on pacino, deniro and pesci was amazing. really impressive.
it was almost (but, not really, of course) like scorsese began shooting this film back in the 50s, and picking it up again over the years, as the characters grew older, and the different events unfolded...

netflix also had a bonus conversation piece, with scorsese and the three main actors, which was interesting and fun to watch.

including a couple of smoke breaks, and get something to eat, it was great way to spend just over four hours on a windy saturday afternoon. 8)
