But compared to Americans, there's some important differences.
We're less prone to violence. I don't see a Civil War in the making. No carrying guns here.
The French side is almost all in one place (Quebec), the English side occupy the rest.
In USA, it would be difficult to split the country in half.
In Quebec, we have our own culture. "Canadians" copy Americans.
We want secularism in public service, they don't care.
We almost got rid of catholic religion, they're still good protestants.
We favor "joie de vivre", they're obsessed by money.

Yeah, we're 2 Canadas. But we're not really a threat to the World.


As for USA, I don't see any solution to your divisions.

I never witnessed his racism.
Neither have the thousands of minorities that now have jobs and can afford decent housing.

I have , however , seen the race card played by your choice of parties , on an almost daily basis.
I have also seen Trump attack EVERY race , including his own.

I can also tell you that most of the blacks that I know , have now seen through the 50 years of lies from the Democratic party and most feel that they have been abandoned and replaced by illegal immigrants who are a threat to the quality jobs they now hold.
