Not my proudest purchase, but I bought an am/pm jumbo hot dog on the way home from a late meeting last night. I put a lot of chopped white onions on it and a few jalepenos. I took A BUNCH of those little packets of ketchup, mustard, and ranch dressing to maximize my purchase.

You could have saved some time and bought a houseboat. Then you'd end up with a shitty house and a shitty boat.

Good move not doing that...

Bought a fat-bike about 3 month ago. Yesterday the left crank decided not to work anymore. That's why i bought a bus-/trainticket today (and a few bottles of beer). Next year i'll buy a new crankset. BTW happy new year everybody!

Big bottle of Russian Vodka.
Couple of jugs of extra-spicy Clamato juice.

This ought to be fun.

Supposed to send in a cheek-swab and wait for results.
My ancestors-to the best of my knowlege- came from Canada, the UK (way back to the Bronze Age), Ireland, & Norway so anything beyond that will be a bonus. Will be interesting to find out the percentages of each. Been updating my family tree and will have to scan some really old photos to give a digital representation of persons otherwise not represented. Always nice to provide a face with the name especially for the mutual benefit of others who are working on their own family tree but may not have that missing piece of the puzzle.

Damn, I hope your health system is better than ours Doug, locally the Government sets waiting list numbers that the hospitals have to achieve, which they do by bumping the "non" urgent people back to their doctors, who refer them back to the specialist, who puts them back on the list. Their on this merry-go-round until they become urgent or.....
There have been some pretty dire results, whilst a number of health board ceo's and hospital high flyers have been exposed grossly misusing hospital expense accounts and travel benefits.
The whole thing is a shambles.

Do you have an eta, or is it a waiting game?

off to see Star Wars tomorrow 8) < 3D so I'll need those.....

He mentioned late January. I'll phone 'em if much more times go by.

Today, I bought printer paper (24 lb.), and french vanilla coffee additive.
