I just send in a dispute / request for refund to Paypal regarding my purchase of a VIP membership from "Live365"

Here is what I wrote:

There used to be a feature on www.zappa.com called "Zappa Radio". I went to the web site on August 22, 2014, and hit "play". A prerecorded message said this station was now available on "live365/vip". I signed up for a VIP membership, and downloaded the free app on my iphone. THERE IS NO ZAPPA RADIO on LIVE365. Is this bait and switch? What is going on here?

I'm extremely disappointed.

Please tell me what is going on here. If you actually moved this to a pay service, why can't I find it on that service? Am I the only person to sign up?

I also posted in "Randomonium" under "Zapparadio WTF?".
