I have just heard that Jimmy Carl Black passed away at home in Germany.

He died 31 Oct 11pm local time.

This is very sad news. I suspect, having met him a few times that he was courageous in facing his leukemia, and he knew that he was loved by his fans.

JCB more than a drummer.

i've spent the last couple days watching all his youtubes.

One of my favorite moments in all of FZ, MOI, etc. is when he attacks the rock critic in 200 Motels

He'll be missed!
