Yeah, maybe. I like Princess too.

I don't know what you'd classify me as. I'm very 'girly', I like pretty clothes, pretty nails, makeup, I like to smell pretty and I have a shoe obsession. But I hate shopping, I love Zappa and Beefheart (and other music that I don't think a lot of women get), I love motorcycle riding, most of my friends are male, I'd rather stay home and watch a football/hockey/baseball game than go to the mall or a movie or stuff typical girls do. So what does that make me? I"m ok with Diva and Princess.

What does that make you? The type of woman I hope to meet someday. Someone who enjoys an evening at home. Don't get me wrong. I don't mind going out occasionally. But for the most part, I prefer to stay home. That's what you have a place for, right? I'd much rather watch a movie at home, to avoid dealing with dumbass people. And, to have the freedom to do what I want. :)

Is it possible to have a serious relationship with a woman who's 18 years younger than me?

Or will I get my heart broken, sit in the darkness of my lonely room wallowing in self pity and write sad and depressing poetry again?

Anything is possible. In my opinion, though, probably not long term. How much do you have in common with someone 18 years younger? How will you relate to each others life experiences? Can you have an intelligent and meaningful conversation or is it purely physical? I think these are the questions you need to analyze.

I've always thought about 10 years would be the cut off for an age spread but I've seen stranger things happen. My fathers wife is more than 10 years younger than him and they are very happy together....so far.

I follow the 10 year rule, prefer within 6, 5 and under is the sweet spot... if its just for some sex ok, but no emotional bullshit or you end up being the main charactor in a song from Sheik Yerbouti...you know which one... :smoke:

The kiwi golden rule (if you are 50+) is half your age plus 10......seems to work just fine for some.

right up until the exact moment the adult diapers become a necessity

I wrestle with this question all the time. I've always looked younger than I am. In recent years I've been told I look about 30 (I 'm 53). The thing is my hair is rapidly turning gray and will dispell the myth. It seems I'm still attracted to women that are considerably younger than me.

I started going gray when I was 18, 18!. People thought I was dyeing my hair to achieve some kind of blond look....When I hit 30 I was completely gray and was christened by my friends the gray ghost....At the ripe old age of 56 my hair is now snow white which apparently makes me look distinguished...The ladies think I'm a 30 year old albino
signed Edgar and Johnny's handsome kid brother

Now we know the story of how the Gray Ghost was born. Thanks! At the rate I'm going I'll be just a distinguished as you when I'm 56. I just came back from getting my hair cut and there was a lot more gray on my apron and the floor than brown. I don't mind though. I like looking a little closer to my actual age as it clears up some confusion. I got kicked out of a bar once when I was 27 because the proprietor couldn't believe it and thought I had a fake ID.

I got carded yesterday. The waitress was probably young enough to be my kid, if I had one. Which I don't.

She got a big fat tip.
