On pages 160-2 of his autobiography Iron Man, Tony Iommi talks about meeting FZ at a party in NY and later visiting him at UMRK with Ronnie James Dio.

If you have an Amazon account you can "look inside" Iommi's book to see some of what he wrote about FZ. Biggest surprise is that he and Dio visited FZ's house hoping he could recommend a bass player to replace Geezer Butler.
