Hilarious - so you share every day of the week that you and your partner engage in sexual activity but not where you find cartoon images online. Interesting choices there, Plook! :P

Actually I just happened to come across them when I was searching for "Random Picture" candidates and apparently most of them are illustrations from a series of books probably for teens or young hipsters I am not sure but they get a little racy...

It's Friday Night Jellyfish Honey Badger.....................................................

We are interrupting your regularly scheduled program for a News Update on The RG Car Story... :o

Monday night RG went to the Car Lot her son works at and traded in her car (Nissan) for an Chevy Equinox (she really likes mine) low mileage good price great trade in value on her car and a good warranty but when they looked at it in the morning they realized it had probably been rear ended and repaired (noticeable paint difference after market bumper)... :x

She asked me on Tuesday night if I thought she could return it and I said well the used car "as is sale" is pretty hard to beat the fact that they told her it had a clean Car Fax was a misrepresentation and they had to unwind the deal and renegotiate with her, she had all the cards.

I asked if she saw anything else she liked and she saw a Honda Pilot my second choice when I got my first Equinox 9 years ago, I said get that...

Her son took it back with him yesterday and they realized they made a mistake and asked her to come back in Wednesday after work and they would hook her up... :D

The Pilot was gone but she liked the Honda CRV and they gave it to her at a reduced price with a 5 year 50,000 mile warranty (she will never exceed) and we looked it up and she could trade it in right now for $3000 than she paid for it...but she likes it... 8)

Its a New Used Car...

Image

Image

Her old car was in such good shape (immaculate like the Virgin Mary, what did you expect from Religious Girl for it to look like Hell... ) it was already out for sale when I drove by there today...

Image

We will now return you to your regularly schedule Program in progress...

Image

Image

And they headed back out to sea... :smoke:

Image

Watch for our next episode and find out what happened to the injured seal, who was that spying on the Wrestling Ring, and what happened to the missing Dabloon...That and more next week...

You got really lucky if she bought it "As Is". I'm not sure that a bogus Carfax report holds any kind of weight. Car dealers say all sorts of things to get you in the car.
Once you drive an "As Is" car off the lot 99% of the time there is no going back.
Glad to see this worked out in your favor.

You are correct they can say what they want just like you and I in used item sale, it is called legally (believe it or not) "Puffing", you can say the car only drove to the corner and back, that some old lady drove it once a week, it runs great!, never had an issue even will pass...but you cannot represent a material fact as true that is not such as the car has never been in an accident when this car was obviously in a substantial collision that is a misrepresentation and any court would unravel that deal and award any damages incurred by the party that was deceived.

From the interwebs

A misrepresentation is a false statement of a material fact made by one party which affects the other party's decision in agreeing to a contract. If the misrepresentation is discovered, the contract can be declared void and, depending on the situation, the adversely impacted party may seek damages.

I watch a lot of Judge Judy and Peoples Court when I am working and they get a lot of as is sale case's very difficult to win but a misrepresentation is a deal breaker...
