Weird. Good, of course.

I've submitted additional cast and crew members. I've also added 30 songs for the soundtrack, including MOI performing Teddy Bears' Picnic, which is not credited among the closing credits. The added info should appear at the site in about 48 hours.

Oh, yeah. I almost forgot. I've added the last lines to the film. If you left the screening room prior to the end of the closing credits, you missed the following:

FZ in suit and tie says, "You're 18. Take the spoon out of your nose, take the needle out of your arm, take the beer out of your mouth, and go vote. You know what I mean? Vote. Register and vote like a beast."

Thanks. I didn't recognize her in her older age. I'll add her name to the cast.

She's still kickin' at age 91. 8)

Funny quote from an interview with Moon during the release of, Eat That Question.

Moon Zappa, daughter of the late, great musician Frank Zappa, says: “Growing up I hated sharing him with the fans.”

Or anybody else it seems.

“I once brought him to show-and-tell when I was in third grade,” she says. “I was so excited to share my dad with the class. Then he spent the whole time tickling all the other children. I was furious but they loved it.”

Did she mean this literally? The image of FZ tickling an entire classroom of third graders is beyond funny! I had a pretty good chuckle over this.

Tracks, the ARTE (French/German) TV channel, asked Thorsten Schütte, the director of the film to make a 10 track Zappa playlist for the newbie. He went to 11.

Who are the brain
Brown Shoes don’t make it
Uncle Meat – Main Title Theme
Peaches en Regalia
Chunga’s Revenge
Billy The Mountain
Waka Jawaka
The Torture Never Stops
Zoot Allures
Yo Mama
Outrage at Valdez

I still have not see the film.

This is a great movie for dipping in and out of, and an excellent tool for indoctrinating your friends and family with random bursts of FZ

Don't know if it was already announced elswhere: A 60 minutes version will be broadcasted next friday (march 17th) on french-german TV-channel Arte at 9.45 pm. After the broadcast it will be available online for 1 week in the arte mediathek which is called Arte+7.
