Agreed, I've tried to call the forum's attention to it before too, very nice cover and video:

Zappa Jam - Inca Roads

Inca Roads - performed by Gabor, Wan, Monnya, Colelumpkin, T. Dosdogru & M. Kenally.

Recording & rendering by Gabor.

"Inca Roads" is the opening track of the Frank Zappa and The Mothers of Invention 1975 album, One Size Fits All.

Zappa Jam

"This site is intended for educational and noncommercial purposes, to provide a place for musicians and Zappa tribute bands to submit their music for reviews, and allows anyone from anywhere to collaborate on musical projects.

Contents that are used on this site are believed to be artists' renditions of said songs and not original compositions, except where noted. All renditions are entirely a matter of the creator's interpretation. As a result, while some renditions remain faithful to the original songs, others take a whole new turn and end up in completely different places - some are pretty good, some are really awful. For that very reason, all of the visitors to this site are strongly encouraged to listen to the original songs first.

We encourage people to learn, play and listen to Zappa's music, we want Frank Zappa and his music to be alive - we are convinced that music only dies when people leave it behind and nobody wants to play it anymore."

No Frank but Dweezil Zappa: 16 mins. interview about the Joe's garage album and toward the end some critical words against the ZFT:
Markus Muffler speaks with Dweezil Zappa about his father at Burghof-Lorrach, Germany.
(Btw: i was born in the town where that happened so i had to put the link in here  )

Another Dweezil interview, 45 mins including a nice Bob Dylan episode:
Dweezil Zappa In-Studio at Jonesy's Jukebox
