Yep, those Cowsills Fans had a leg up on that one! :)
Some are definitely harder than others, but I am pretty shocked that slime got the Inter Galactic Touring Band. Yikes. Did he type a backwards 5 into Google?

Yes Sir! :)
Sure, its a cutout, but people today would not believe how many 2nd hand shops I went to in the early 80s to find a copy of this before it came out on cd. Oh, and the cutout shows that it was shipped upside down.

Dim indeed; it took me a while to find it.

I have a copy of Hot Rats signed FZAPPA that I found years ago at a record show. It wasn't even being sold as an autographed copy, it was just in with random LPs, but it definitely looks like FZ's signature (I've seen some obvious fakes being sold as genuine FZ autographs, too). The thing is that it was apparently signed with a water-based marker with ink that didn't sink into the glossy paper, so it's very faint.

Sounds cool Shrewnews. I don't have an FZ sig, but I've got a few others from alumni.

Plenty pix left from the last round, but slime must be busy, cuz I think there are a couple there that he might get. Time for more anyway! :)

#194 - Pete Sinfield "Still" (front cover)

----seems I only recognize albums of certain types of music.... (mind you, I have 3 copies of this one, so that made it easier).

#186: Grateful Dead, Aoxomoxoa
#193: White Noise, An Electric Storm
#194: Pete Sinfield: Still - I have greeting cards of the Sulamith Wulfing art used on this album.

EDIT: Waited too long to press enter on that one; JPD pipped me to Still. But I'll add that #196 is Walter Carlos*, Switched On Bach 2.

*Using that name because we're talking about the original LP cover; not out of disrespect for Wendy's preferred identity.

Hey, I got one! 198 - Roy Buchanan, Loading Zone!

I thought "hmm, that looks like Roy Buchanan's guitar" but didn't know the album. Thank you Google!

Damn, I know how the guitar belongs to in 197 also. I'll guess Waylon Jennings, Live In Concert.

For #197, I'll offer it as a team-solve. With you adding to lm, I think we all know its Waylon Jennings by now, so to just say its the Greatest Hits isn't much detective work. So, co-credit! :)

So many of the old ones still nagging at me! I know I'm going to smack my head when someone identifies them.

#47 is Lancaster & Lumley, Marscape.

Still another from Shrewnews! :)
Of all these crappy pix of old albums, I was hoping someone'd get that one, cuz the pix came out extra bad! I didn't want it unsolved because the cameraman fucked up! :P

KUIII, that is a great guess for #184! They both have a similar kinda dot treatment on the pic. But, sorry, that ain't it!

Slime, it looks like you are referencing a Boredoms album for #179, "the lift boys" and since I don't have that album, I can't say if its the same symbol. But, the pic I took is from a different, unrelated album.

For Nektar... close enough! :)

Still, four more for slime, and not easy ones, imo! :)
