so, if your one of the younger members of this forum, what are you [s]asking[/s] telling your parents to buy you during the winter festivities?

Realize that many parents enter a bizarre, zombie-like state of consciousness during the winter, because society has taught them that a good christmas is a christmas involving lots and lots of gift shopping!

What does this mean? As i said before, this means it's time to squeeze every last dollar out of your parents while they're caught in this state of delirium ;D

I have nine Zappa albums on my list, along with Baby Snakes and The Kids Are Alright DVD's. Zappa OWNS this Christmas season :)

Anyone got the same idea as me?

Also, seeing as most of you are [s]dirty old farts[/s] a bit old for this tradition, i'd just like to know what you got planned...

I was planning on buying that fucking Miles Davis Cellar Door boxset for myself, but it has been postponed.. again. Apparently the Davis estate are screwing up things even worse than the ZFT.. :(

I started making my own cards last week, and we're gonna have as little "tat" in our house this year as possible.....we're gonna try and have an environmentally friendly Christmas! I aint buying any decorations, me and my daughter are making them, and it's gonna be amazing! We're going to the park tomorrow to look for twigs and berries to use. ;D
Lewis Black calls Thanksgiving "Christmas Part 1". I'd have to say I agree with him.

I found it ridiculously overrated. I've only ever seen one film worse than Napoleon Dynamite, that film being Pokemon.

Its maybe my sense of humour then. ;D
I didnt think the storyline was anything special. I laughed at the stupid things, I thought his facial expression was really funny, and the way he hurled insults at his brother. Childish...hehe.
