That was pretty spiffy! I have some newfound respect for Sean Lennon.

My blue-ray discs #13 and #15 don't work. I shall complain of course, but has this happened to anyone else? The fact that #14 works fine indicates it may not be my player.

On the forum, at DGM, no posts about having any problems. No complaints at Amazon.uk or Amazon.com, either

In a bit of synchronicity (or maybe it's just coincidence) I'm in the middle of watching the Live in Japan concert on #15 and really enjoying it. No problems. I had this on VHS way back when.

I tried these in my son's Xbox and they both played and then went Fonz on the blue-ray player. Now #13 plays as well but #15 still won't. I guess I'll either have to open it up and see if dusting it out works or I'm in for a new blue-ray player. It's always something.

You may have already done this, but have you checked your Blu-Ray manufactuerer's site for firmware updates?
3 years ago, when the 5.1 Surround mix of "Close to the Edge" came out, Burning Shed sent out an e-mail saying that the disc may not play on some Blu-Rays that haven't kept up with the updates. I updated mine, and oliver sudden, I could now play some SACD's that, formerly, wouldn't play.

So I downloaded the firmware upgrade and burnt the disc but the player can't read the disc. It's a lot of mucking around to do it over the internet because it doesn't have wifi and it's a long way from the nearest ethernet point, but I should as least try that at some point before giving in and buying a new player.

I did mine using a USB Flash Drive.

If anyone is having trouble with disc 23 of the Starless box set, which won't play all content &/or has developed a nasty 'off-yellow' discolouration to the disc, then please get in touch via the forum. We will send out a fresh copy of the disc from a tested batch.

-----I didn't bother even testing mine. It was yellow, so I asked for, and now have a free replacement on the way (from Poland, it seems.)

Bill Rieflin is again unable to tour (for unspecified reasons--hope he is OK) and will be replaced on the upcoming tour by Chris Gibson on keyboards. The last time this happened, Bill's replacement stayed with the band when Bill returned, so maybe this augurs a nine-piece Crimson next year!
