What’s up with "I borrowed him the money" or "He borrowed me the money"???

My wife and I at times watch Judge Judy or other court shows and this these terms are used far more often than they should be, why are people not using the word loaned, is this term used where any of you live?

Another "word" you hear on Judge Judy way too much is "supposeBly". Too many people not paying attention in school.

Flippin'.

Even Ian Anderson used it "How's your father? Not too chipper? Serves the bugger flippin' right. Flippin' right."

Makes the song lose all credibility to me. Another is Oomph. As if they can't think of a real word to use, so they say, "Needs a little more oomph."

Unless Phil Hartman's character Bill McNeill says it on News Radio, then it's rather hilarious!

some motor-mouth types start their replies with: "ya, but no..." or "no, but ya...." or just "no,ya..." and then there's the dreaded -" ya,no..."

Was listening to a radio program yesterday and a woman identified herself as being a Library Consultant. However, every single time she said the word she said "lieberry". How the fuck do you get a job consulting for any sort of literary related field if you cannot even pronounce the name of your own job properly?

The refs suck! (which we are sure to hear again after a very brief honeymoon period).
