I eat nearly everything except insects, rumen, green cabbage, and any kind of bioengineered food.

I've tried a lot of stuff (here in France you get to try a lot of stuff) once!
I'd say that most bovine organs are out.
however id recommend the Thymus gland from a young cow (grilled of course)
Pigs feet and ears...(too crunchy)
Tripe (too smelly)
Pretty well anything called ______(fill in the blank) Aspic
I dont like lamprey eel (even if it is cooked with 200 euro red wine)
and of course J. Chirac' favorite dish....
Image
which i've never tried to look at let alone eat !
Also those little birds that you eat whole while holding on to their little beak. What the fuck where those things called anyway???? Pretty good actually!
And lastly i tasted baby eels (they're transluscent, about 4 cm long) and promptly vomited the squirming fuckers back on the beach where they belong.

I know. They're the equivalent of a guy in a red shirt on the bridge in the old Star Trek series. There's no real point in getting to know him because he won't be around for long.
:P

I watched Bear Grils rip the head off a huge live frog last night with his teeth, on Man vs. Wild. Then he ate half of it, ripping out the guts...... I looked over at my son, who was hiding behind a blanket, and thought, barely controlling my gag reflex, I will never eat that. Ever!

What about the time he squeezed elephant dung juice into his mouth so he would not become dehydrated in the desert? Now Zappa could have written a song about that!

Yeah, he's the goods. I've seen him eat goat eyeballs, pus-filled grubs thicker than his thumb, drink his own urine, rabbit shit, all manner of insects, raw snakes.... the whole enchilada!

If you cooked the above (the zebra, not the guy), I imagine it would be rather tasty; horse is very nice indeed. Anybody ever tried zebra?

I have heard that a lot of bugs are delicious when roasted or deep fried. Crunchy and nutty.

I will most likely never eat beets again. Unless someone can convince me that there is a better way to cook them than what I had. Often a violent dislike to a food comes from the method of preparation.
