The chief consultant of the California Legislature's Senate Revenue and Taxation Committee is retiring after 43 years. If you think the tax code is loaded with handouts for special interests, I can assure you that there would be a helluva lot more if this guy hadn't been there for 43 years.

Did you know, speaking of Ford bein dumb, that previous to being a Congressman from Michigan[right?], that Ford also previously had been an FBI agent and had gotten a reputation within the bureau as a trustworthy [read: Bureau Loyal] frontman . . .
