Fuck! Just looked at the www.yesworld.com site and the show I'm going to (August 31 - Reno) says "Yes Only - No support ". That's not what I signed up for. I already have a room and a ticket. I'm on the phone tomorrow looking for a refund.

Was it originally advertised as the other two acts also?

^^^www.yesworld.com had the date under the Yestival banner. The Reno show wasn't among the original dates listed for the tour but it was added later. When it was first added there were no disclaimers. Yesterday I noticed the disclaimer "Yes only - no support". The Grand Sierra Resort (where the show is) always had it listed as a Yes show - no mention of Yestival, Todd, or ELP but I just assumed it was the Yestival thing because of how it was listed on Yes's site. My bad I suppose for not seeking clarification before I pulled the trigger but I can't imagine I'm the only one that made the same mistake based on the original information on the Yes site.

Update: Decided to go anyway. Even though I'm only a casual YES fan I know it will be a good show. I need the break and I like the hotel and venue.

I eat because I'm depressed and I'm depressed because I eat (and Todd won't be at the show).

Now, I'm back at the hotel. All 3 bands were top notch. More details to follow. Good night!

Had a great time at the Yestival! :)
I was pretty far from the stage, so the pix didn't come out all that great...

Carl Palmer... way to short of a show, but sounded great. A mini-version of the show I saw last fall

I thought the TR show was very good. The crowd response was mixed. They probably could've used a Bang the Drum or more hits anyway. I totally enjoyed it.

Yes was great. Loved the song selection. Felt like it ended too soon.

Merch stand. I wanted mucho...

I guess on the positive for my YES show is that they should play a much longer set (one would think).

^^ It's another 'Unpredictable' tour. It starts in November. LA has two shows so far. One is NYE at the Saban in Beverley Hills.

The tour schedule on Todd's page only lists five dates earlier in the fall as "Unpredictable" shows. Hopefully, we get the White Knight shows he's been doing this year though the "Unpredictable" shows would be cool too.

San Diego show review from TrConnection.com - http://trconnection.com/tour/t2017

This is a review of Todd's Unpredictable Show on Friday September 1st at The Music Box in San Diego Ca.
Apparently the show scheduled at the Balboa Theater with Yes was cancelled, so Todd I guess decided to do a show with the band anyway. I stumbled on it going through Ticketmaster. And lucky for me I did!!!

The show in a word FUN! Todd was in a great mood along with Jessie, Prairie, Kas and Greg. The venue is very new holds about a thousand dance floor and multi levels for seating. It was just about sold out. Show started at 8. Gary Wilson was the opening band. Interesting very tight band worth checking out! Todd came out at 9. They were all seated. Small stage. He played a lot of covers! I mean a lot! But they were great! This some of what I remember he played: Opened with a song I think called Friday. Funny!

Friday
(Rebecca Black cover)
Love of the Common Man
I Saw the Light
Hash Pipe
(Weezer cover)
Big Weekend
Too Far Gone
Fire
(The Crazy World of Arthur Brown cover)
Cliché
Are You Havin' Any Fun
(Tony Bennett cover)
I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)
(The Proclaimers cover)
I Don't Want to Tie You Down
Black and White
Blow Me (You Hardly Even Know Me)
The Walls Came Down
(The Call cover)
Lysistrata
(Utopia song)
Running Bear
(Johnny Preston cover)
96 Tears
(? and the Mysterians cover)
Incense and Peppermints
(Strawberry Alarm Clock cover)
Compassion
The Wheel
(Utopia song)
Good Times Roll
(The Cars cover)
One World
(Utopia song)
A Dream Goes on Forever
