What are your favorite musical references throughout his work?

The Pleated Gazelle uses fragments of Pound For A Brown, for example :smoke:

So, anyone who's interested should do what? If this isn't the place to discuss it then where?

»How can I search a forum or forums?

Enter a search term in the search box located on the index, forum or topic pages. Advanced search can be accessed by clicking the “Advance Search” link which is available on all pages on the forum. How to access the search may depend on the style used.

» Why does my search return no results?

Your search was probably too vague and included many common terms which are not indexed by phpBB3. Be more specific and use the options available within Advanced search.

» Why does my search return a blank page!?

Your search returned too many results for the webserver to handle. Use “Advanced search” and be more specific in the terms used and forums that are to be searched.

Sometimes people want to have new conversations. This place can be used as a database, sure, but there's also a lot of bullshit to wade through.

i just wanted to throw out a reminder that there is a search function.

some people may be unaware and/or may benefit from it...

Why not just come out and suggest the search function from the off. Your original post has room to be interpreted in many ways and could be suggesting that it's been done before and maybe that's why no-one's responding, even if that wasn't your intention.

oh cool, we're going to keep this thing going.

1. i can not help what people interpret.
2. often times, people WILL misinterpret -- especially when on interwebs.
3. people can always ask questions (see: #4).
4. know what i mean?

The lack of legitimate replies shows me the difference between real FZ scholars and the posers.

I've often fond myself engaged in deep thought about the conceptual continuity, and pieced together much of it in my mind.
I've even tried to explain it to the interested FZ newbies who I've introduced to the universe of Frank.
Amazing how most people under 40 never heard of Him.
Frank looked at his entire body of work as a whole, not broken into phases or segments, it was all one continuous flow that began with the first song he wrote and went on uninterrupted until 12/4/93.

Maybe CC is as normal and common for a long years fan as breathing or wearing socks, so they don't feel any urge to join in discussing this topic :?:
