Who is Jumbo?

Two of the non-touring (studio only) musicians with alliterative names that played on Zappa recordings. (There's more than 2, but you only need to name 2.)

Anybody?

He carries a satchel in his hand when he comes a courtin'.

Edit; first time player getting the hang of it (I hope).

I hadn't realized when registering that you cats have been here for a minute and it's not always easy being the new kid on the block. Warm welcome much appreciated.

I wasn't sure about the Studebaker Hop reference and thought... hmmm, maybe I don't know my Zappa and should tuck tale haha. After some noodling around the site, it now makes sense. Well played Mr. Green Genes. Perhaps some bonus points should be awarded.

I will be perfectly honest and for the time being I am not even sure what a satchel is, even less if SH would have.

My apologies if I've connected some "hops" where there were none :) I read Studebaker Hops' remembrance thread and that was fresh in my mind when I read your answer/ question idk. I connected satchel to suitcase to Studebaker Hop. I thought perhaps you were paying homage to a friend. And... that maybe, just maybe the froggy is really... hmmm.

Beverly DeAngelo sang this song in an 1990 Comedy film.

...then my instincts served me right, I just checked what a satchel is...

What is I'll Fly Away? [I sneaked into wikipedia for this, let's see how effective it could possibly be]
