KC played a short set - https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/king-cri ... f796e.html
Tony's upright solo was very cool.

Zappa Band has played the same set, so far. - https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/the-zapp ... f796c.html

I talked to Jamie before KC hit the stage. He told me they(ZB) rehearsed about 4 days for this tour.
The band was really tight and Ray's voice was perfect!
Ray said after Marqueson's: "Jaime Kime, smokin'!"

Seeing them tonight in NJ. Great seats so I’m told. My first concert since before the plague. Greatly looking forward to it!

WOW!

I was blown away by the Zappa Band. Absolutely blistering set, no let up at all. Ray's vocals were excellent. These guys are the real deal. When they finished, someone I was with asked, "What was the song they played after Village of the Sun?? Holy s**t!! (It was Echidna's Arf)

Hopefully someday they will rehearse more material and tour on their own. Is this a possibility?

KC was intense, ethereal, and ferocious, the best time I've seen this incarnation out of 4.

Jeremy Stacey replaced Joe Travers for VOTS and did a great job.

This was the first live Zappa music I've heard since I saw ZPZ 7.5 years ago!
