I’m really torn but I may go...glad Zappa’s seem to be at peace.

Saw some info on FB that I hadn't seen before. Unverified! (Maybe I missed it!)

The key performers that I know are taking part are Mike Keneally on keyboard and guitar. Scott Thunes on bass, Joe Travers on drums, Ray White on guitars and vocal, and Robert Mann on everything else ;) There will be a host of other Zappa alum that will take part at some point in the tour.

Hmmm... Robert Mann? Maybe Robert Martin or Ed Mann?

Edit: Robert Martin, with a possibility of Ed Mann for select dates.

Newsletter from Mike Keneally confirms that the core band indeed will be Keneally, Travers, Thunes, White, Martin and Mann.

Still no information about dates.

And when they start fighting among themselves like on some other tour, then what happens?

Posted a month ago on FB by Scott Thunes...

Had a nice conference call with the boys from the up-coming The Bizarre World of Frank Zappa. Mostly talking about timing of the tour, how many dates, US/Europe, rehearsal length. Some other tidbits of song choices and stage wizardry were mentioned (and promptly were told to never breath a word of it, something I will hold dear to my heart as I want everybody to be as surprised as possible).

Rehearsals still starting in late January, tour starting a little later than mentioned last time, but we were given the choice to add songs we liked, which is super nice.

NONE of this is as important as the fact that I am going back out on the road with my good friend and amazing human, Ray White. I have been very jealous of all the other assholes who have had the pleasure of working with him over the years while I sat around making babies. No more. No more making babies. Just music! Or something! There's a joke there!

Well, I reached the finishing stages of a hologram of myself that would attend this concert. He was lazy, easily distracted, and tended to eat too much.

It was like I was cloned, and I scrapped the whole thing.

You were just jealous of him because he proved to be way more popular than you at parties.
