Help me out here, Boyz and Girlz..

During the Flo n Eddie era, the band used a TON
of speaker cabinets, blue flocked, with white flocked
horns branded 'ARB'. They are ALL over the movie
200 Motels. When the band played my home town,
I helped lift them onto the playing area. It was the night
FZ created the "COM--PART--MENT" routine, btw, when
the band was held up at Boston Airport due to some idiot
complaining about 'items' in a band member's 'compartment'
above his seat. Anyway, I am researching the company
for a book I am writing. They were out of Ann Arbor, Mich,
a division of the 'Multi-Elmac Co' company. Google is useless
here, but I do have some leads. ANYONE here help me?

Post here or email me at:

BTW, FZ also used another brand of gear named 'GMT',
and I sold him the 1st one he owned in Boston. Later,
the band bought a shitload of them. The company grew,
and is now known as 'GK'. A pic of FZ using the amp I sold
him can be found here, along with a interesting item for sale:

I have a few other stories too, having been blessed to meet
FZ a few more times. Will post them in the near future.

Jay Tashjian

(PS..I tried posting this before and flocked up, so pardon
me if it comes up bad..) :P

Music > Everything
CLETUS must now, regretfully, dispose of the ones who refuse to alter their unmusical ways.
