Actually those are just some MASH-UPS. It's a new trend in video editing.
Personally I am not so sure about the artistic intent of the artist but they make a message with extreme editing.

I don't know, I kind of like it. The mashups. For a minute there I was almost convinced there was an alternate online media::video putsch. I mean, y'know, mashups could like take over and there'd no longer be a songwriting credit left credible anywhere for anyone. "Keep it under three seconds, kid and we'll be alright," or something.
