I also haven't used them before or even heard of them, but I did a quick Google search in Dutch and I didn't find any negative comments about their services.

Did some additional Googling, and apparently the guy who shot the sparrow is currently being sued by several Dutch animal rights organisations. ;D

Komende vrijdag is het weer Domino Day.

Sparrows are protected animals in Holland. I do hope that extermination company gets sued.

This just in: Endemol had to increase security at Domino Day, after DJ Ruud de Wild had announced in his radio show that he'll give E. 3000 to whoever knocks over the stones before Domino Day.

Perhaps they should use "Keep your eye on the Sparrow" from the Kojak TV series as the official Domino D-Day 2005 theme song. ;D

Domino Day has demanded another animal casualty.

Last Friday, two students attempted to earn De Wild's E 3,000 using mice. They put 18 mice in a pizza carton, and tried to deliver this at the domino hall. Their vicious plan did not succeed. The two were taken into custody.

At the police station, one of the mice turned out not to have survived this prank.

Later that evening, Anastacia the pop singer came and knocked over more than 4,100,000 stones. The record was broken by a large margin.
