I stopped coming here as it was just out of control and what was going on wasn't much fun to read.
Here's hoping for a civil forum!

WHAT'S THE MATTER? YOU DON'T LIKE SOMEONE GETTING IN YOUR FACE AND CALLING YOU 'FAGGOT' EVERY TIME YOU MAKE SOME INNOCUOUS LITTLE POST?

Me neither. Enjoy it while you can... :P

I have very little stomach for that kind of childish behavior.
I've been a grown up for a very long time and come here because I've liked Frank's music since I discovered it in the late 1960s/early 70s.
For those of you who own the Baby Snakes DVD, that's me with the "Tower of Power" during the poodle rap. I must have been 16 at the time and didn't realize that I was being filmed and had forgotten all about it until I saw the movie. :smoke:
That was a big surprise!

He's over at zappateers right now calling someone a retart because they dared ask if the first disc of Meat Light might be a DVD. Just in case you're missing it ...

I'm relieved that he has found an outlet.

As a child, I stuck the tweezers from the Operation board game into an outlet -- turned my fingers black and scared the heck out of me.

When I was around three, I did the same with my knife at the breakfast table. Slid the knife blade up the wall in behind the power socket box. It was pretty spectacular.

When I was six, I missed the dart board, and it stuck into the light cord. I gabbd the metal part, of the dart, to pull it out. Jumped 3 feet into the air.
(didn't help, though, eventually I still went bald.... )

I must have been around 5 when I made the association between the form of a loose hairpin I found and the outlet, so I made the obvious decision to open the pin's two extremities just sufficiently so they could fit the electricity outlet. Gladly I'm still around...

From me, the tweezers you fried, it was an illuminating moment!

I was thinking that the View active topics link now worked, but apparently it only applies to the two new pinned threads started by Mikey.

Hey Mikey, it seems there is no function for exporting posts like the one for PMs. Am I missing something?

Hey Mikey, please get rid of that spam word swap out filter thingy. It seems to me that keeping spammers out should be the focus. If one gets in, I'm not sure of the real value of filtering their words, whereas it's a real pain for the rest of us.

Please make the "Board Index" button bigger so its easier to access on a portable. It should be at least as big as the "New Topic" button.
