The words "look" and "see" sound similar but aren't always interchangeable.

Ex: (a) I'm going to hire a professional accountant to oversee my finances.(responsible)
(b) I'm going to hire a professional accountant to overlook my finances. (irresponsible)

Try watching "Three's Company". One season was too many.

That was o.k., but I preferred "The New Adventures of Huckleberry Finn". Ted Cassidy ("Lurch") voiced the bad guy each week.

Lovely twitter user @KngHnryVIII who calls himself Henry Tudor, does this sort of thing on a regular basis:

"Today:
- reshape the truth
- promote my narrative
- layer lie upon lie
- demand my delusions become your facts
- make reality my bitch
- pies"

...

Mike Love, lead singer of the Beach Boys, says when his daughter gets mad at him she wears Rolling Stones T-shirts around the house :D

eight or ten years ago I saw in a grocery store in Western Kansas new metal lunch boxes and manufactured backpacks for sale sporting images and insignia of The Ramones.

Sold for kids who would be the age of Mike Love's (&c) grandkids...
:!:

So I'm riding my bike down the road today, comin' home on the sunny side, facing a crapload of oncoming with a semi bringing up the rear, a red light had just unloaded...and it's loud, and crowded, and as the semi's comin up on me face on I raise my right hand fist clenched and pull down on the rope a couple times, and wouldn't ya know the horn went off, a coupla good loud blasts(:

Yeah, it still works... hadn't done that in about 50 years :)

I remember those bastards used to come by after a good snowstorm when we were about 7, we'd lay in wait, rolling billboards, maybe even with something good painted on the side...and the coppertone girl would get about 20 snowballs up the kapusta!

I'm soooo fuckin' tired of hearing the phrase "hunker down" every 10 minutes, during every weather-related event! ( or, during terrorist attacks, for that matter)
