Hey, all. I'm not sure if anyone else has checked their Barfko-Swill account, but according to the B-S site, my Buffalo has been shipped. I think it must have been a very short time ago, as the USPS site does not yet offer tracking on the order (usually meaning it hasn't entered the system yet because it was only shipped a short time ago in the past day; at least, that's what I'm hoping). So, I'm sure I'm not the only one, so everyone should check their order statuses on Barfko-Swill.

Yippee!

Yes. The status on my accounts says it has been shipped. And the USPS tracking number doesn't work. No worries. I was just shipped recently.

Yippee! x 2

My order is also marked as "shipped", but being in Canada, I expect it will show up around the same time as the new DVD. Looks like early May is new-Zappa overdose time!
It also means at least 4 weeks of reading about how mahhhhhvelous it is before hearing it myself! :(

Nope. No e-mail. Why do you ask?

I'm not sure what state it's shipping from... but I only paid for the 7-10 day delivery.

Yes, mine has shipped. Let's hope that when it arrives at Trendmoaner's place that it will be so damn good he'll be struck dumb.

My "it's now in the mail" e-mail arrived 30min. ago, at 9:04pm EST, so yours shouldn't be too long in coming.

So I get my tracking info by email a few minutes ago.
The CD is being shipped from a location less than 2 hours from my house. I paid extra to have 2 day shipping. Delivery date? 4-9-07. What part of 2 day shipping says 5 days???? I'm not real happy to have paid extra and not really get it any faster than if I'd used SuperSaver. Oh well, looks like Monday is a good day to have off! :) At least it's on it's way.

People have mentioned the 23 minute Torture as one of the tracks that stands out. Sure does. I suspect it's really Torture/Heavy Duty Judy/Torture. I have a 11/17/80 show from Minneapolis with the track and I love it, although the recording isn't the greatest. The lead during Judy is just great.

Kinda lame to quote myself, but I was wondering if Torture/Heavy Duty Judy/Torture was a "property" of the Fall '80 tour. The Minneapolis show is the only one I have from that tour and I'd like to know if other folks who have several shows from that tour can confirm it was always played that way. Curiosity is eating at me, what can I say.

I selected the cheapest available shipping option, and I received a notice on Thursday that my item has been shipped.

You may as well. It's shipping from Virginia (or as the NIT calls it, Virgina).

OK, I've got a confusing update. I just checked my UPS status and it says In Transit Delivery 4-9-07, but the detailed status says it's here and Out For Delivery! I'm not holding my breath, but I'm gonna be damn happy if it arrives today. Now THAT'S the way to start a three day weekend! :D

"...Every concert - and I mean EVERY CONCERT- was recorded, and then a month after touring he would listen to every instrument seperatley. Everything that wasn't good about it you would hear from him and that sort of made you angry about yourself and made you work hard to get it right.
I know the first time I went on tour with him in 1981 we had a songlist of 80. Difficult songs and all from memory...."
